New Construction
Once the construction begins we will coordinate all the subcontractors and suppliers while managing every phase of the project to make sure your home is built in a timely manner. During this process we will provide two thorough walk-throughs. The first will be after the framing to ensure the layout meets your expectations before we proceed with drywall. The second will be to familiarize you with your new home, answer any questions you may have, and establish your satisfaction on your new home.
Remodeling
Looking to remodel part of your home? No problem! We utilize similar procedures from the planning, design, and construction stages to renovate your current space with a modern approach suited to your preferences.
